    本发明公开了一种吊排吊装双拼钢箱梁节段用吊梁及吊装方法,属于吊排吊装双拼钢箱梁节段技术领域;其技术方案为:包括承重管、水平加筋、竖向加筋、承重板、侧向封板、中间封板、平衡三角板;吊排梁段沿长度方向进行布置,上小车一侧的两个吊排与一侧吊点连接,下小车与另外一侧进行连接,吊装吊排平衡三角板通过钢丝绳与梁段吊耳进行连接。本发明的有益效果是:本方案通过吊排的并钩设计、吊装吊梁的设计、节点板的设计将吊点数量进行了统一,同时吊排内部实现了动态平衡;吊装吊梁有效降低了吊装高度,保证了吊排的吊装角度,实行了梁段的垂直起吊,实现了梁段每组吊点内部的平衡,且结构相对简单、自重小、承载力大。
