The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle nest centering mechanism with a lightweight structure, which comprises a flying platform, a driving motor, a transmission system and a push rod assembly, the flying platform is of a square structure and comprises a frame and a center plate embedded in the frame, and a sliding rail is arranged on the inner side of the frame; the driving motor is a double-shaft motor; the transmission system comprises two lead screws which are in shaft connection with two output shafts of the driving motor respectively, and each lead screw is provided with a lead screw nut. The push rod assembly comprises two first push rod assemblies and two second push rod assemblies. The transmission device has the beneficial effects that the transmission device completely adopts rigid structures such as rod pieces and lead screws, the movement track is more controllable and stable, and the requirements of high reliability, low maintenance cost, easiness in production, installation and arrangement and the like of the unmanned aerial vehicle nest are met. And by adopting a single-motor scheme, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the structure is stable and reliable, and large-scale production and maintenance are easy.

    本发明提供一种轻量化结构的无人机机巢归中机构,包括飞行平台,还包括驱动电机、传动系统和推杆组件;所述飞行平台为方形结构,包括边框以及镶嵌在边框上的中心板,所述边框内侧设置有滑轨;所述驱动电机为双轴电机;所述传动系统包括丝杠,所述丝杠为2根,分别与所述驱动电机的2根输出轴轴连接,所述丝杠上安装有一个丝杠螺母;所述推杆组件包括2组第一推杆组件和2组第二推杆组件。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的传动装置全部使用杆件、丝杆等刚性结构,运动轨迹更加可控、稳定,满足无人机巢高可靠性、低维护成本,易于生产、安装和布置等要求。采用单电机方案,降低了制造成本,结构稳定可靠,易于大规模生产和维修。
