The invention discloses an electric anti-icing heating device for a composite fairing propeller cap, which comprises a long glass cloth, a middle glass cloth, a plurality of resistor discs, a long glass cloth, a metal net composite film and a power supply system for heating the resistor discs which are laid on the inner side of the head of the fairing propeller cap layer by layer from inside to outside, the plurality of resistor discs are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the side wall of the head part of the fairing propeller cap and are respectively connected with the power supply system in parallel; the composite materials such as the glass cloth are arranged at the head of the fairing propeller cap, the resistor disc is arranged in the composite materials, the resistor disc is heated through the power supply system, it is guaranteed that an airplane can fly normally in the icing environment, the reliability and safety of the device are further improved, and meanwhile the self weight of the device is reduced due to the selected composite materials.
