The invention discloses an electric anti-icing heating device of a composite material propeller blade. An inner rubber layer matched with a front edge boundary line on the surface of the front edge ofa blade body and containing grooves reserved in the two sides of the blade body is tightly bonded in the containing grooves. The glass cloth wrapped and tightly bonded with the electric heating filmis tightly bonded on the inner rubber layer; the outer rubber layer of which the edge is slightly greater than that of the accommodating groove is integrally and densely bonded outside the inner rubber layer, the glass cloth and the electric heating film; one end of the wire joint circular ring is connected with a binding post on the paddle rectifying disc; one end of the metal wire penetrates through a conductive metal sleeve wrapped in the T-shaped end of the wire connector, and the T-shaped end, the metal wire and the conductive metal sleeve are welded and fixed after being connected in a pressing mode. The other end of the metal wire is bent and then is adhered to the electric heating film by using a conductive adhesive; and the metal wire, the conductive metal sleeve and the T-shapedend are sealed between the inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer. The electric anti-icing heating device is easy to install, not prone to falling off, uniform in heating, not prone to aging and long in service life, and the overall aerodynamic performance of the paddle is not affected.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料螺旋桨桨叶的电防冰加热装置,与在叶身前缘表面的前缘边界线及两侧留有的容纳槽相匹配的内橡胶层密实粘接在容纳槽内;包裹密实粘接有电加热膜的玻璃布密实粘接在内橡胶层上;边缘略大于容纳槽的外橡胶层整体密实粘接在内橡胶层、玻璃布和电加热膜外;导线接头圆环一端与桨叶整流盘上接线柱相连接;金属导线一端穿在包裹于导线接头T型端内的导电金属套内,T型端、金属导线和导电金属套三者压接后焊接固定;金属导线的另一端弯折后用导电胶粘接在电加热膜上;金属导线、导电金属套和T型端都被密封在内、外橡胶层之间。本发明容易安装,不易脱落,不影响桨叶的整体气动性能,发热均匀,不易老化,使用寿命长。
