The invention discloses a child-mother net structure for catching an underwater unmanned underwater vehicle, the child-mother net structure is based on bionic structural mechanics design of a spider web, the child-mother net structure comprises a mother net structure and a child net structure unit, the mother net structure is used for bearing an impact load after the underwater unmanned underwater vehicle is caught; the child net structure units are distributed in mother net holes of the mother net structure, the outer edge of each child net structure unit is connected with an edge rope of the corresponding mother net hole, and the child net structure units are used for capturing the unmanned underwater vehicle and transmitting loads to the mother net structure. The device can efficiently and stably catch large objects such as the underwater unmanned underwater vehicle, and is applied to a child-mother net structure for efficient and low-cost catch or recovery of the underwater unmanned underwater vehicle.
