The invention discloses a vehicle power-assisted steering symmetry calibration method, device and equipment. The method comprises the steps that a first input torque and a second input torque corresponding to each set rotating speed are obtained; a first input torque curve is obtained according to all the first input torques and all the target rotating speeds, a second input torque curve is obtained according to all the second input torques and all the target rotating speeds, and the target rotating speeds are actual rotating speeds when a user rotates a steering wheel; and according to the first input torque curve and the second input torque curve, based on a preset compensation scheme, compensating the output torque of the electric power steering system of the vehicle. Through the technical scheme provided by the invention, the symmetry of the power-assisted steering can be calibrated according to the torque data input by the user, the vehicle maintenance cost is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
