Comprising a retarder, a perforated plate electromagnetic control coil, a heat exchanger, a cooling system, an oil storage tank, a first electromagnetic valve, an electric variable pump, a safety valve, an oil inlet one-way valve, an unloading valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve, a retarder high-pressure cavity, a retarder low-pressure cavity, a pressure sensor P2, a temperature sensor T1, a temperature sensor T2 and a pressure sensor P1. In the no-load unloading stage, the pressure of the working cavity is reduced, so that the output torque of the retarder is reduced under the condition that a vehicle is shifted down or braking force is not needed. The controller achieves the purpose of unloading the system by controlling the auxiliary variable pump, the electromagnetic valve and the perforated plate electromagnetic coil.
