By arranging the charging pile body, the baffle ring, the infrared proximity sensor, the baffle seat, a double-shaft motor, a first worm, a second worm, a rotating shaft, a worm gear and a vehicle stopping plate, in the process of using the multi-state induction recognition intelligent charging pile, after a charging person parks a vehicle on a charging parking space, when a charging gun of the charging pile body is pulled out for use, the charging pile body can be used for charging the vehicle; and under the cooperation of an infrared proximity sensor, after charging is finished, only when a charging worker inserts a charging gun to reset the charging gun, the vehicle stopping plate can be retracted into the blocking seat at the moment.
