The invention discloses a method and a device for predicting residual endurance mileage of an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring driving process sample data of a sample vehicle and real endurance mileage of the sample vehicle; cleaning the driving process sample data to obtain to-be-processed data; performing vehicle actual endurance factor analysis on the to-be-processed data to obtain an endurance influence factor set; constructing a sample set based on the endurance influence factor set and the real endurance mileage; normalizing the sample set to obtain a target sample set; constructing an original LSTM model; training the original LSTM model through a grey wolf optimization algorithm and the target sample set to obtain a trained residual endurance mileage prediction model; acquiring current driving process data of the target vehicle; based on the driving process data and the driving process data, carrying out residual endurance mileage prediction to obtain a prediction result; and outputting a prediction result. Therefore, the method and the device can be used for analyzing the actual endurance factor of the vehicle, and the accuracy of predicting the residual endurance of the vehicle is improved.

    一种电动车辆剩余续航里程预测方法及装置,包括:获取样本车辆的行车过程样本数据和样本车辆的真实续航里程;对行车过程样本数据进行清洗处理得到待处理数据;对待处理数据进行车辆实际续航因素分析,得到续航影响因子集合;基于续航影响因子集合和真实续航里程构建样本集合;分别对样本集合进行规范化处理,得到目标样本集合;构建原始LSTM模型;通过灰狼优化算法、目标样本集合对原始LSTM模型进行训练得到训练好的剩余续航里程预测模型;获取目标车辆当前的行车过程数据;基于行车过程数据和行车过程数据进行剩余续航里程预测,得到预测结果;输出预测结果。可见,该方法及装置能够进行车辆实际续航因素分析,提高了车辆剩余续航预测的准确性。
