Specifically, the method comprises the steps that the current remaining electric quantity and the battery efficiency of a battery of the electric vehicle are obtained; historical driving data of the electric vehicle are obtained, wherein the historical driving data at least comprise the remaining electric quantity and the corresponding actual endurance mileage; estimating a first predicted residual endurance mileage of the electric vehicle based on historical driving data of the electric vehicle and the current residual electric quantity; based on the current residual electric quantity and the battery efficiency, estimating a second predicted residual endurance mileage of the electric vehicle; and causing the first predicted remaining endurance mileage and the second predicted remaining endurance mileage to be displayed.
