The invention relates to sound-absorbing cotton with low frequency and high sound-absorbing efficiency for an electric automobile and a manufacturing method of the sound-absorbing cotton. The sound-absorbing cotton comprises a non-woven fabric, a lamination layer and a sound-absorbing layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the lamination layer is made of PE (polyethylene), and the total thickness of the non-woven fabric and the lamination layer is 0.1-0.3 mm. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that S1, the sound absorption layer is manufactured; s2, laying and forming; and S3, composite forming. Compared with the prior art, the low-frequency noise absorbing material has high sound absorbing efficiency on low-frequency noise of the electric automobile, the preparation method is simple, a large number of complex procedures are saved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种电动汽车用低频高吸音效率的吸音棉及其制作方法。该吸音棉包括自上而下依次设置的无纺布、淋膜层、以及吸音层;所述淋膜层的材质为PE,所述无纺布和淋膜层的总厚度为0.1‑0.3mm。该制作方法包括以下步骤:S1:制作吸音层;S2:铺设成型;S3:复合成型。与现有技术相比,本发明对电动汽车的低频噪音有高吸音效率、制备方式简单、节省大量复杂工序且降低了生产成本。
