The invention relates to interior sound-absorbing cotton. The interior sound-absorbing cotton comprises a flame-retardant mesh layer covering the surface, and a sound-absorbing cotton sealing edge isarranged at the boundary of the sound-absorbing cotton. The flame-retardant mesh layer on the surface layer comprises 25-35% of basalt fibers, 15-25% of glass fibers, 10-15% of carbon fibers, 5-15% ofmeta-aramid fibers, 5-15% of flame-retardant nylon fibers, 5-10% of flame-retardant polyamide fibers, 5-8% of phenolic fibers, 5-15% of alloy fibers and 5-7% of polysulfonamide fibers. The flame-retardant mesh layer is formed by weaving a fiber material. The alloy fiber comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25-45% of aluminum, 15-20% of titanium, 10-15% of iron, 5-10% oftungsten, 5-10% of chromium and 5-15% of copper. According to the interior sound-absorbing cotton, the outer layer of the sound-absorbing cotton is wrapped with the flame-retardant mesh layer, so thesound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing cotton is not damaged while flame retardance is conducted on the sound-absorbing cotton, the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing cotton is improved, and the toughness and the rigidity of the sound-absorbing cotton are improved.

    本发明涉及一种内饰吸音棉,包括有覆盖在表面的阻燃网层,吸音棉的边界处设置有吸音棉封边,表层的阻燃网层包括有:玄武岩纤维25‑35%、玻璃纤维15‑25%、碳纤维10‑15%、间位芳纶纤维5‑15%、阻燃尼龙纤维5‑15%、阻燃聚酰胺纤维5‑10%、酚醛纤维5‑8%、合金纤维5‑15%和芳砜纶纤维5‑7%。阻燃网层由纤维材料编织而成;所述合金纤维包括原料以下重量百分数的原材料:铝25‑45%、钛15‑20%、铁10‑15%、钨5‑10%、铬5‑10%和铜5‑15%;本发明将阻燃网层包裹在吸音棉外层,在进行阻燃的同时,不破坏吸音棉的吸音作用,提高了吸音棉的吸音效果,提高了吸音棉的韧性和强刚度。
