By means of the moving assembly, in the stable fixing and moving process in the equipment groove, moving can be carried out on the ultrahigh mounting column, the moving efficiency can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the situation that equipment shakes due to high-altitude wind, and consequently a negative pressure suction cup and a limiting suction cup lose efficacy is avoided, and in combination with the fixing assembly, the fixing effect is good. And the equipment plate can be restrained to the maximum extent, and the situation that in the movement process, shaking is generated, and consequently equipment falls off is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种可自动攀爬的风力发电设备无人检修装置,包括:设备台,设备台共设置有四个,移动组件,设于设备台的外壁处,移动组件共设有四组,其中:每组移动组件均包括固定组件、设备板、驱动箱、上拉箱、下拉箱、两个驱动电机、两个滚珠块、两个丝杆、两个约束杆与四个套筒,固定组件设于设备板的外壁中心处。通过移动组件,可以实现在设备槽的内部进行稳定的固定和移动的过程中,在超高的安装柱上进行移动式,可以保证移动效率的同时,避免因为高空风,导致的设备产生晃动,导致负压吸盘和限制吸盘的失效,且结合固定组件,可以在最大程度上,对设备板进行约束,避免在运动的过程中,产生晃动导致设备脱落。
