The invention discloses a power output control device, and relates to the technical field of tractors. A 1000r/min driven gear and a 540r/min driven gear of the power output control device are both meshed with a power output driving gear shaft; the power output intermediate shaft is installed in the inner cavity through a needle bearing and is of a hollow structure. The guide rod is arranged inside the power output intermediate shaft, one side surface of the deflector rod is connected with one end of the guide rod, the other side surface of the deflector rod is connected with the return spring, the other end of the return spring is connected with the inside of the power output intermediate shaft, and the upper end of the deflector rod is connected with the meshing sleeve seat. An original complex structure is overturned, ingenious control over power output is achieved through the mechanical characteristics that the spring is deformed through pressure and the length of the rod pieces is not telescopic, the number of the rod pieces is reduced, the cost is reduced, the internal space of a cab is increased, and the driving and riding comfort is improved.

    本发明公开了一种动力输出操纵装置,涉及拖拉机技术领域,本发明1000r/min被动齿轮与540r/min被动齿轮均与动力输出主动齿轮轴啮合;动力输出中间轴通过滚针轴承安装于内腔中,动力输出中间轴为中空结构;导杆设于动力输出中间轴内部,拨杆一侧表面与导杆一端连接,拨杆另一侧表面与回位弹簧连接,回位弹簧另一端与动力输出中间轴内部连接,拨杆上端与啮合套座连接。本发明推翻了原有复杂结构,通过利用弹簧压力变形和杆件长度不可伸缩特性的机械特性,实现对动力输出的巧妙控制,减少了杆件,降低了成本,增大了驾驶室内部空间,提高了驾乘舒适性。
