The invention discloses a lifting appliance device, a pressure container cleaning system and a using method, the lifting appliance device comprises a guide frame used for guiding a lifting rod, a guide channel is arranged in the middle of the guide frame, and the central axis of the guide channel and the central axis of a liquid container are located on the same extension line. And the lifting rod penetrates through the guide channel and can move up and down along the guide of the guide channel. The positioning frame is located below the lifting rod and comprises a central column and a plurality of positioning rods, the central column is connected with the lower end of the lifting rod, the gravity lifting appliance is located below the central column and faces the part, and the gravity lifting appliance is connected with the central column. The multiple positioning rods surround the center column and the gravity lifting tool and are hinged to the side wall of the center column, the lifting rod drives the positioning frame and the gravity lifting tool to move downwards till the positioning rods abut against the bottom face of the liquid container and stretch outwards, the gravity lifting tool is positioned to the position right facing the part, and then the part is lifted.

    本发明公开一种吊具装置、压力容器清理系统及使用方法,该吊具装置包括:导向架用于对升降杆进行导向,其中部设有导向通道,导向通道的中心轴线与液体容器的中心轴线处于同一延长线上。升降杆贯穿于导向通道,并能够沿导向通道的导向升降移动。定位架位于升降杆的下方,其包括中心柱和多个定位杆,中心柱与升降杆的下端连接,重力吊具位于中心柱的下方,并朝向零部件,重力吊具与中心柱连接。多个定位杆环绕于中心柱和重力吊具的周围,并铰接于中心柱的侧壁上,升降杆带动定位架和重力吊具向下移动,直至定位杆抵接于液体容器的底面,定位杆向外张开,使得重力吊具定位至正对零部件的位置,进而吊取零部件。
