The invention belongs to a nuclear power station maintenance technology, and particularly relates to a nuclear reactor pressure vessel main bolt lifting appliance and a lifting process. The lifting appliance comprises a sleeve and a lifting mechanism which is arranged at the upper end of the sleeve and can move up and down relative to the sleeve, a pressing plate is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the lifting mechanism, the area of the pressing plate is larger than that of a mounting hole of the lifting mechanism, a through hole is machined in the side wall of the sleeve, and a connecting key is mounted in the through hole and welded and fixed. A handle is rotated anticlockwise, the height of a locking bolt is adjusted, whether the lifting appliance directly faces a groove of an adapter or not is judged through a welding seam between the outer wall of the sleeve and the connecting key, the sleeve is lifted after the sleeve is located on the adapter along the groove, the handle of the locking bolt is rotated clockwise, and the locking bolt is screwed to the bottom; and according to the main bolt lifting appliance, main bolt lifting in an adapter mounting state is realized, so that each main bolt is dismounted and mounted twice and the adapter is dismounted and mounted once in the whole opening and closing cover operation process, the technological process is simplified, and the operability is improved.

    本发明属于核电站检修技术,具体涉及一种核反应堆压力容器主螺栓吊具及吊装工艺。吊具包括套筒、设于套筒上端能够相对于套筒上下移动的提升机构,所述的提升机构下端固定设有压板,压板的面积大于提升机构的安装孔,所述的套筒的侧壁加工有通孔,其内安装连接键,并焊接固定。通过逆时针旋转手柄,调整锁紧螺栓高度,通过套筒外壁与连接键之间的焊缝判断吊具是否正对适配器凹槽,套筒沿凹槽就位在适配器上后提起套筒,顺时针旋转锁紧螺栓的手柄,将锁紧螺栓拧到底。主螺栓吊装吊具实现了安装适配器状态下的主螺栓吊装,使得整个开关盖操作每根主螺栓拆、装主螺栓吊具各2次,拆、装适配器各1次,工艺过程简化,操作性提高。
