The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle cabin and a method, device and system for controlling take-off and landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle cabin is integrated in a front spare box of a vehicle and comprises a cabin body and a cabin cover, the cabin body is arranged in the front spare box, and the space in the cabin is used for storing an unmanned aerial vehicle; the cabin cover is arranged on the box cover of the front spare box and can be opened and closed; the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for entering and exiting the cabin body when the cabin cover is opened and covering the space in the cabin when the cabin cover is closed. The method is applied to the vehicle and comprises the steps that in response to a take-off instruction sent by a first unmanned aerial vehicle stored in a cabin body, a cabin cover is triggered to be opened under the condition that the cabin cover is not opened; the first unmanned aerial vehicle is indicated to fly out of the cabin body at least under the condition that the cabin cover is opened; and/or, in response to a landing instruction sent for the flying second unmanned aerial vehicle, triggering to open the hatch cover under the condition that the hatch cover is not opened; and at least under the condition that the cabin cover is opened, the second unmanned aerial vehicle is indicated to land in the cabin body.
