By implementing the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, various data sources can be fused, variable speed limit and dynamic lane management can be carried out, the road use efficiency is improved, the road congestion occurrence probability or congestion time is reduced, and the traffic safety is improved. The problems that in the prior art, roadside equipment cannot be deployed and installed at each point of the roadside, two different types of input sources need to be processed in vehicle-road collaborative application, and the reliability is affected are solved.
