According to the technical scheme, the variable lane and the time period (the time period of the left-turn lane and the time period of the through lane) can be accurately set, the defect that the utilization rate of the left-turn lane or the through lane is insufficient is effectively overcome, and the utilization rate of the left-turn lane or the through lane is higher.
