The invention discloses a space-time calculation method for quantifying the influence degree of a city built environment on traffic congestion, and the method comprises the steps: 1, determining a research region, dividing the research region into a plurality of grids with the same size, and taking the grids as research units; 2, acquiring traffic situation data and built environment data in each grid through an electronic map; 3, calculating a traffic jam index per hour in each grid; 4, establishing a local model of space and time of the congestion index; and 5, calculating a built environment which has the greatest influence on traffic jam at each moment and in the grid through an algorithm. According to the method, the relationship between the traffic congestion and the built environment in each grid is researched, the built environment which seriously affects the traffic congestion is determined, detailed space-time congestion distribution information can be provided for traffic managers, and therefore more accurate traffic planning and traffic demand management policies can be made.

    本发明公开了一种量化城市建成环境对交通拥堵影响程度的时空计算方法,包括:1、确定研究区域,将研究区域划分为多个大小相同的网格,并以网格作为研究单元;2、通过电子地图获取每个网格内的交通态势数据和建成环境数据;3、计算每个网格内每小时的交通拥堵指数;4、建立拥堵指数的空间和时间的局部模型;5、通过算法计算每个时刻和网格内对交通拥堵影响最大的建成环境。本发明通过研究每个网格内交通拥堵与建成环境的关系,确定对交通拥堵影响严重的建成环境,能够为交通管理者提供详细的时空拥堵分布信息,从而能制定更精准的交通规划和交通需求管理政策。
