The invention provides a two-component propulsion system storage tank filling pressure control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: determining the helium gas cushion filling pressure of a filling day according to the filling propellant mass of a two-component propulsion system in the filling day, the target injection storage tank pressure and the helium gas dissolution rate after injection; according to the helium gas cushion filling pressure, the helium gas filling quality of the filling day is determined; obtaining storage tank telemetry data of the double-component propulsion system on the air supply day; the helium filling temperature of the filling day is determined according to the helium filling quality of the filling day, the storage tank telemetry data, the propellant filling quality and the helium dissolution rate of the gas supplementing day; and according to the helium filling temperature of the filling day, the target injection storage tank pressure and the helium dissolution rate after injection, the storage tank air cushion adjusting pressure of the gas supplementing day is determined. According to the scheme, quantitative control over the target filling pressure of the storage tank can be achieved within the effective control precision range.

    本发明提供了一种双组元推进系统贮箱加注压力控制方法及装置,该方法包括:根据双组元推进系统在加注日的加注推进剂质量、目标入轨贮箱压力和入轨后氦气溶解率,确定加注日的氦气气垫加注压力;根据氦气气垫加注压力,确定加注日氦气加注质量;获取双组元推进系统在补气日的贮箱遥测数据;根据加注日氦气加注质量、贮箱遥测数据、加注推进剂质量和补气日氦气溶解率,确定加注日的加注氦气温度;根据加注日的加注氦气温度、目标入轨贮箱压力和入轨后氦气溶解率,确定补气日的贮箱气垫调整压力。本方案能够在有效控制精度范围内,实现贮箱目标加注压力的量化控制。
