By arranging the mooring subsystem, multidirectional real-time monitoring and aerial charging of the unmanned aerial vehicle are achieved; and a lightning triggering subsystem is arranged, so that lightning protection during aerial charging of the unmanned aerial vehicle is realized, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from being hit by sudden thunderstorm during aerial charging of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
