A front contact of a first interlocking machine working relay KM1 and a front contact of a second interlocking machine working relay KM2 are both disconnected, a coil of an emergency panel working relay KM3 loses power, the emergency panel working relay KM3 falls down, a rear contact of the emergency panel working relay KM3 is closed, an emergency panel control power supply is sent to the emergency panel, and meanwhile, a coil of an interlocking machine recovery relay KM4 loses power. And the interlocking machine recovery relay KM4 falls down, the front contact of the interlocking machine recovery relay KM4 is disconnected, and the emergency panel control power supply cannot be sent to the interlocking machine. When a double-system fault occurs, the emergency panel control is automatically switched, the efficiency is improved, the double-control condition is avoided, the control stability is improved, and the safety risk is avoided.
