The invention discloses automatic manned outdoor circuit emergency-repair equipment. The equipment comprises a traveling mechanism, a telescopic support mechanism and a welding mechanism; the traveling mechanism comprises a control box, driving motors, driving gears, tracks, supporting wheels and wheel disks; the driving motors are fixedly mounted on the side end surfaces of the control box; motorshafts of the driving motors are fixedly connected with the driving gears; the control box controls the overall coordinated work of the equipment and sends, receives and processes information to control automatic work of the equipment; the telescopic support mechanism is fixedly mounted at the rotating part of a rotating disk; the welding mechanism is fixedly mounted on the upper end surface of the telescopic support mechanism; and the telescopic support mechanism is used for rising and lowering the welding mechanism. When manned rising and lowering are performed, outer-side fences are assembled manually, so that the effect of protecting the safety of maintenance persons is realized; and the welding mechanism can clamp, detect, arrange and weld circuits, so that the automatic clamping andwelding effects are realized.
