The invention relates to a jacking sliding device and an obstacle removing vehicle. The turnover device comprises a bearing frame, a turnover frame and a jacking piece, the bearing piece comprises a first side and a second side which are oppositely arranged in the first direction, the second side is closer to the ground than the first side, and the first direction is perpendicular to the supporting face of the bearing frame; the overturning frame is arranged on the first side of the bearing frame and rotationally connected to the bearing frame. The jacking piece is rotationally connected to the second side of the bearing frame, and the jacking piece is arranged to penetrate through the first side from the second side and is rotationally connected with the overturning frame so as to drive the overturning frame to rotate. According to the invention, a transversely arranged rectangular pipe is omitted, and the jacking piece penetrating from the second side to the first side is arranged, so that the lower fulcrum of the jacking sliding device falls on the second side, and the overall gravity center of the obstacle clearing vehicle is reduced. Moreover, the overturning frame is directly located on the first side of the supporting frame, the contact area between the overturning frame and the supporting frame is increased, the overall stress of the supporting piece is uniform, the stress concentration situation is not prone to occurring, and the service life of the supporting frame is further prolonged.

    本申请涉及一种顶升滑动装置及清障车辆。其包括支承架、翻转架及顶升件,支承件包括沿第一方向相对布设的第一侧和第二侧,第二侧相较于第一侧更靠近地面,第一方向与支承架的支撑面垂直;翻转架设于支承架的第一侧且转动连接于支承架;顶升件转动连接于支承架的第二侧,顶升件配置为自第二侧穿设至第一侧并与翻转架转动连接,以驱使翻转架转动。本申请取消了横向布置的矩形管,而设置了自第二侧穿设至第一侧的顶升件,使得顶升滑动装置的下支点落在第二侧,降低清障车辆整体重心。并且,翻转架直接坐落在支承架的第一侧,增大了翻转架与支撑架之间的接触面积,使支承件整体受力均匀,不易出现应力集中的情况,进而延长支承架的使用寿命。
