The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and discharging probability prediction method based on an improved Markov chain. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, abstracting each state of a Markov chain by taking a charge-discharge pile as a research object; the current total electricity consumption of the charging and discharging piles at the beginning of the period is obtained, and a state interval is divided according to the adjustable range of the electricity consumption of the charging and discharging piles. Secondly, dividing decision behaviors adopted by the charging and discharging pile into four types: a charging behavior, a quick release behavior, a slow release behavior and a static behavior; then, a TPC method is adopted, a regulation and control strategy is established, the number of charging and discharging piles distributed at a certain moment in the charging behavior and the discharging behavior is determined, the transition probability is calculated according to the number, and a state transition matrix is established; under the condition that randomness is considered, the effect of the charging and discharging pile in charging and discharging regulation and control of the electric vehicle is achieved, and the charging and discharging amount of the electric vehicle under regulation and control is visually and quantitatively analyzed.

    本发明公开了一种基于改进马尔可夫链的电动汽车充放电概率预测方法。以充放电桩为研究对象,首先,抽象出马尔可夫链的各状态。获取周期开始时的充放电桩的当前总用电量,根据充放电桩用电量的可调范围划分状态区间。其次,将充放电桩采取的决策行为分为四种:充电行为、快放行为、慢放行为、静止行为。然后,采用TPC方法,建立调控策略,确定某时刻分配的充电行为和放电行为充放电桩数量,并根据其计算出转移概率,建立状态转移矩阵。有利于在考虑随机性条件下,发挥充放电桩在电动汽车充放电调控中的作用,对电动汽车在调控下的充放电量进行直观定量分析。
