The invention relates to the technical field of forklifts, and discloses a forklift self-adaptive gravity center adjustment control method which comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a plurality of weight sensors on a fork arm of a forklift body to detect the weight and the distribution condition of the two sides of a cargo in real time, and then reporting monitoring data to a forklift system and an instrument terminal in real time; and forming a sensor data curve. S2, when the weight sensor finds that the fluctuation amplitude of the sensor of the corresponding group exceeds a preset difference value range, alarm information is displayed on a system display screen and indicates that the gravity center shifts, and an operator is reminded to start a self-adaptive gravity center adjusting function; and S3, the system terminal sends an adjusting instruction to an electric drive controller module, the states of the pallet fork and the portal frame start to be adjusted, the pallet fork inclines towards the side with the small weight induction, and the gravity center of the goods is adjusted till the sensor curve is recovered to be within the difference value allowable range. The gravity center of loaded goods is adjusted through systematic monitoring and control, and safety accidents such as rollover and overturning are prevented.
本发明涉及叉车技术领域,且公开了叉车自适应重心调节控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、通过在叉车本体的叉臂上安装多个重量传感器,来实时检测货物两边的重量和分布情况,然后将监测数据实时上报给叉车系统和仪表终端,形成传感器数据曲线。S2、当所述重量传感器发现对应组的传感器波动幅度超出了预设的差值范围,会在系统显示屏上显示报警信息,表示重心偏移,并提醒操作员自适应重心调节功能开启;S3、所述系统终端将调节指令发送给电驱控制器模块,开始调整货叉、门架状态,将货叉向重量感应偏小的一边倾斜,调整货物的重心,直至传感器曲线恢复到差值允许范围内。本发明通过采取系统性的监测和控制对负载货物的重心调节,防止侧翻倾覆等安全事故。
