The invention discloses an underwater detection robot for detecting surface damage of underwater equipment, and belongs to the technical field of underwater robots. The system comprises a real-time detection subsystem, a control subsystem and a power subsystem, the real-time detection subsystem is used for shooting underwater equipment images and transmitting and collecting laser echo signals of the outer surface. In the control subsystem, a lower computer receives control information, makes a real-time response, processes detection data and transmits the detection data to an upper computer, and the upper computer receives, processes and stores the uploaded real-time detection data and images, sends the data to a client through a communication module interface, and sends an execution instruction to the lower computer at the same time; the power subsystem is used for providing energy for normal work of the robot system and achieving underwater movement of the robot. By arranging the real-time detection subsystem, the control subsystem and the power subsystem, various damages on the surface of the underwater equipment can be well observed, collected data can be preprocessed, operation is easy and convenient, simplicity and feasibility are achieved, and universality is good.

    一种用于检测水下装备表面损伤的水下探测机器人,属于水下机器人技术领域。其包括实时探测子系统、控制子系统、动力子系统;实时探测子系统用于拍摄水下装备图像、发射和采集外表面的激光回波信号;控制子系统中,下位机接收控制信息做出实时响应,并将检测数据处理后传输给上位机,上位机接收上传的实时检测数据和图像,进行处理和保存,通过通信模块接口将数据发送到客户端,同时向下位机发出执行指令;动力子系统用于为机器人系统正常工作提供能量及实现机器人的水下运动。本发明通过设置的实时探测子系统、控制子系统及动力子系统,能够较好地观测水下装备表面的多种损伤并对采集的数据做预处理、操作简便、简单可行、通用性良好。
