According to the method, the height of the wheels can be actively adjusted in advance on a bent road surface, a high-low road surface and an uneven road surface, the suspension effect that a vehicle body keeps horizontal is achieved, and therefore the operation stability and the driving smoothness of a vehicle on a complex road surface can be greatly improved.
