The control method comprises the steps that the inherent frequency of the active suspension assembly is obtained; the estimated rigidity of the active suspension assembly is determined according to the inherent frequency and the mass of the vehicle body assembly; and adjusting the rigidity of the active suspension according to the estimated rigidity. According to the control method of the active suspension assembly, the active suspension assembly and the vehicle, the estimated rigidity of the active suspension assembly can be determined through the inherent frequency of the active suspension assembly and the mass of the vehicle body assembly, and therefore the rigidity of the active suspension can be regulated and controlled through the estimated rigidity of the active suspension assembly; therefore, parameter regulation and control of the active suspension assembly can be more accurate, and the active suspension assembly can well keep the comfort level of the vehicle.
