The invention belongs to the field of height adjustment of height-adjustable suspension vehicle bodies, and particularly relates to a method for keeping vehicle stability in the height adjustment process of a height-adjustable suspension vehicle body. The method comprises the following steps that S1, the included angle, collected by a rotation angle sensor, between a swing arm and a vehicle body is obtained; s2, acquiring the height of the vehicle body according to the included angle between the swing arm and the vehicle body; s3, reading the target height of the adjusted vehicle body; s4, selecting a vehicle body leveling mode according to the current vehicle body height; s5, calculating the output state of the switching valve; s6, returning a leveling result; the change of the angle between the swing arm and the vehicle body is measured by using the angle sensor connected between the swing arm and the vehicle body, the height of each suspension is calculated through the angle change, and the power-on and power-off actions of each adjusting electromagnetic valve are controlled through a stability adjusting algorithm, so that the stability of the vehicle body in the vehicle body height adjusting process is realized; and the phenomenon of excessive inclination of the vehicle body is avoided.

    本发明属于高度可调悬挂车身高度调节领域,具体涉及一种高度可调悬挂车身高度调节过程中保持车辆平稳度的方法。所述方法包括如下步骤:步骤S1、获得转角传感器采集的摆臂与车身的夹角;步骤S2、根据摆臂与车身的夹角获取车身高度;步骤S3、读取调节车身的目标高度;步骤S4、根据当前车身高度选取车身调平模式;步骤S5、计算开关阀输出状态;步骤S6、返回调平结果;本发明通过使用连接在摆臂与车身之间的角度传感器测量摆臂与车身角度的变化,通过角度变化计算出各个悬挂的高度,通过平稳度调节算法,控制各个调节电磁阀的通断电动作,从而实现车身高度调节过程中车身的平稳度,避免车身发生过度倾斜的现象。
