A formula system of the drifting tire tread rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 to 95 parts of non-modified oil-extended solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber in terms of pure rubber, 5 to 15 parts of non-oil-extended emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 55 to 85 parts of an external plasticizer, 100 to 115 parts of carbon black and 9 to 16 parts of other components, the external plasticizer is composed of hydrogenated liquid petroleum resin, aromatic hydrocarbon oil and thermoplastic high-softening-point hydrocarbon resin; the ring-and-ball softening point of the thermoplastic high-softening-point hydrocarbon resin is higher than 155 DEG C, and the number-average molecular weight of the thermoplastic high-softening-point hydrocarbon resin is lower than 850. The invention has the beneficial effects that the processability of the rubber material is obviously improved, and the physical viscosity of the rubber compound is obviously reduced, so that the problems of sticking to a discharge door and sticking to a sheet discharge roller are obviously improved, and the drifting tire is ensured to have good gripping performance, wear resistance, controllability and modulus.

    本发明涉及橡胶轮胎制造新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种漂移用赛车胎胎面橡胶组合物及其混炼方法和漂移用赛车胎。一种漂移胎胎面橡胶组合物,该胎面橡胶组合物配方体系按重量份计包括如下组分:非改性充油溶聚丁苯橡胶按纯橡胶计85‑95重量份、非充油乳聚丁苯橡胶5‑15重量份、外加增塑剂55‑85重量份、炭黑100‑115重量份和其它组分9‑16重量份;所述外加增塑剂由氢化液体石油树脂、芳烃油和热塑性高软化点烃树脂构成;所述热塑性高软化点烃树脂的环球法软化点高于155℃,数均分子量低于850。本发明的有益效果为:本发明显著提升胶料的加工性,使混炼胶物理粘性显著下降,从而粘卸料门和粘出片辊的问题得到显著改善,并确保漂移胎具有良好的抓地性能、耐磨性、操控性和模量。
