The invention relates to the technical field of building machinery, and discloses a slope climbing platform safety device which comprises an inclined guide rail, a platform trolley, a linkage pawl and a trigger assembly, and a plurality of bosses are distributed on the inclined guide rail at intervals in the length direction; a guide wheel is arranged on the platform trolley and rolls along the inclined guide rail, and a traction rope is connected to the platform trolley; the linkage pawl is rotationally arranged on the platform trolley, and when the linkage pawl is located at the first position, the linkage pawl abuts against any boss, and the platform trolley is locked on the inclined guide rail; when the linkage pawl is located at the second position, the platform trolley freely moves on the inclined guide rail; the trigger assembly is installed on the platform trolley and used for rotating the linkage pawl from the second position to the first position when the traction rope is broken. By changing the position of the linkage pawl, the linkage pawl is matched with the boss on the inclined guide rail for limiting, so that the position of the platform trolley is locked, the effect of effectively preventing falling is achieved, and the use safety is improved.

    本发明涉及建筑机械技术领域,公开一种斜坡爬升平台安全装置,包括倾斜导轨、平台小车、联动棘爪和触发组件,其中,倾斜导轨上沿长度方向间隔分布有若干个凸台;平台小车上设置有导轮,导轮沿着倾斜导轨滚动,平台小车上连接有牵引绳;联动棘爪转动设置于平台小车上,当联动棘爪处于第一位置时,联动棘爪抵住任一凸台,将平台小车锁止在倾斜导轨上;当联动棘爪处于第二位置时,平台小车于倾斜导轨上自由移动;触发组件安装在平台小车上,用于在牵引绳断裂时将联动棘爪由第二位置转至第一位置。本发明通过改变联动棘爪的位置,使其与倾斜导轨上的凸台配合限位,从而将平台小车的位置锁定,起到有效防坠落的作用,提高了使用安全性。
