The method comprises the steps that a shackle at one end of an anchor chain winch traction steel wire rope is connected to the tail end of an anchor chain, then the anchor chain winch starts to be started, a winding drum starts to operate, when one layer of traction steel wire rope is wound to the end of a groove, the winding drum automatically reverses, multiple layers of traction steel wire ropes start to be wound reversely in the groove area, and when the last layer of traction steel wire rope is wound, the winding drum stops winding. When the first layer of anchor chain is pressed on the traction steel wire rope, the chain arrangement mechanism encoder starts to change the encoding distance according to the size of the anchor chain, and the second layer of anchor chain is pressed on the traction steel wire rope; and each circle of anchor chain is tightly wound without overlapping.
