The invention relates to a hydrostatic pressure resistant carbon fiber composite material coated foam structure and a preparation method thereof. The carbon fiber composite material coated foam structure comprises a foam main body structure and a carbon fiber composite material layer coating the foam main body structure, the foam main body structure is provided with 3-5 areas outwards in the radial direction, each area is provided with a plurality of coated foam blocks, the number of the coated foam blocks included in each area is a = 2n + 1, n is larger than or equal to 1, and n is larger than or equal to 1. Each coating foam block comprises a foam block, and a carbon fiber composite material layer and a glue film layer which are sequentially coated on the surface of the foam block. According to the hydrostatic pressure resistant carbon fiber composite material coated foam structure, the lightweight requirement, the sound insulation performance requirement and the improvement of the pressure resistance can be considered at the same time.

    本发明涉及一种耐静水压的碳纤维复合材料包覆泡沫结构及制备方法。所述碳纤维复合材料包覆泡沫结构包括泡沫主体结构和包覆泡沫主体结构的碳纤维复合材料层,所述泡沫主体结构沿径向向外具有3~5个区域,每个区域具有多块包覆泡沫块,各区域包括的包覆泡沫块的数量为an=2n+1,n≥1,每块包覆泡沫块包括泡沫块和依次包覆在泡沫块表面的碳纤维复合材料层和胶膜层。本发明中的耐静水压的碳纤维复合材料包覆泡沫结构可以兼顾轻量化需求、隔声性能需求以及耐压性能的提升。
