The carbon fiber composite material coated foam structure comprises a foam main body structure and a carbon fiber composite material layer coating the foam main body structure, the foam main body structure is provided with 3-5 areas outwards in the radial direction, each area is provided with a plurality of coated foam blocks, the number of the coated foam blocks included in each area is a = 2n + 1, n is larger than or equal to 1, and n is larger than or equal to 1. Each coating foam block comprises a foam block, and a carbon fiber composite material layer and a glue film layer which are sequentially coated on the surface of the foam block. According to the hydrostatic pressure resistant carbon fiber composite material coated foam structure, the lightweight requirement, the sound insulation performance requirement and the improvement of the pressure resistance can be considered at the same time.
