The invention discloses a mechanical wheel with high heat dissipation performance. The mechanical wheel comprises an inner rim, an outer rim and a shock absorber. The tire rubber tread is attached to the outer rim; the side cover is mounted on one side of the outer rim; the side cover comprises a heat dissipation opening formed in the side cover; the wind scooper is arranged on the outer end face of the side cover and is arranged at the heat dissipation opening; the air guide opening is formed in the air guide cover, and the air inlet direction of an opening of the air guide opening is opposite to the forward running direction of the vehicle; the flow guide plates are arranged at the heat dissipation openings in the inner end faces of the side covers, and the corresponding flow guide plates and the corresponding wind scoopers are located on the two sides of the heat dissipation openings. Compared with the prior art, the non-inflatable tire has the beneficial effects that through the non-inflatable tire surface structure and the shock absorber structure, the non-inflatable tire has the functional effects of a traditional tire; and meanwhile, by optimizing the design of a heat dissipation structure, the surface of the wheel and structural parts in the wheel can be rapidly cooled in parallel, and driving safety of the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种具有高散热性能的机械轮,包括内、外轮辋以及减震器;还包括:轮胎橡胶胎面,贴合于外轮辋上;侧盖,安装于外轮辋的一侧;侧盖包括:散热口,开设于侧盖上;导风罩,设于侧盖外端面上且设于散热口处;引风口,设于导风罩上且引风口的开口进气方向与车辆正向行驶的方向相反;导流板,开设于侧盖内端面上的散热口处,且相对应的导流板和导风罩位于散热口的两侧。与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:通过非充气式轮胎表面结构和减震器的结构形式,使其具备传统轮胎具有的功能效果;并同时通过优化散热结构设计,可并行实现对车轮表面、车轮内结构件的快速降温,为车辆行驶的安全保驾护航。
