The invention provides an all-steel engineering radial tire tread rubber cutting-resistant formula and a mixing method. The all-steel engineering radial tire tread rubber cutting-resistant formula comprises the following components: 100 parts of butadiene styrene rubber; 2-5 parts of zinc oxide; 1-4 parts of stearic acid; 45-65 parts of carbon black; 5-25 parts of white carbon black; 0-3 parts of a post-vulcanization stabilizer HTS; 2.5 to 5.5 parts of anti-aging agent; and 0.5 to 2.2 parts of N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, and 0.5 to 2.2 parts of N, N 0.2 to 1.5 parts of an accelerant CZ; 1 to 2.5 parts of insoluble sulfur; 0-2 parts of a vulcanizing agent; 0 to 8 parts of tear-resistant resin SL-6903; and 0-10 parts of environment-friendly oil. According to the cutting-resistant formula and the mixing method of the all-steel engineering radial tire tread rubber, the rubber material has good wear resistance and cutting resistance, and a manufactured tire is good in puncture resistance and heat aging resistance and long in service life.

    本发明提供了一种全钢工程子午线轮胎胎面胶耐切割配方和混炼方法,包括如下成分:丁苯橡胶100;氧化锌2‑5;硬脂酸1‑4;炭黑45‑65;白炭黑5‑25;后硫化稳定剂HTS 0‑3;防老剂2.5‑5.5;N‑叔丁基‑2‑苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.5‑2.2;促进剂CZ 0.2‑1.5;不溶性硫磺1‑2.5;硫化剂0‑2;抗撕裂树脂SL‑6903 0‑8;环保油0‑10。本发明所述的一种全钢工程子午线轮胎胎面胶耐切割配方和混炼方法,胶料表现了良好的耐磨和耐切割性能,制成的轮胎抗刺扎,耐热老化性能好,使用寿命长。
