The invention discloses an environmental-friendly mining all-steel engineering radial cutting-resistant tire tread compound. The environmental-friendly mining all-steel engineering radial cutting-resistant tire tread compound comprises, by weight, 10 to 30 parts of natural rubber, 70 to 90 parts of butadiene-styrene rubber, 45 to 60 parts of carbon black, 10 to 20 parts of white black, 3 to 5 parts of environment-friendly oil, 3 to 7 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 5 parts of a multifunctional processing agent, 1 to 5 parts of stearic acid, 1 to 3 parts of a plasticizer, 1 to 3 parts of protective wax, 2 to 6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 2 to 6 parts of super tackifying resin, 1 to 3 parts of sulphur, 1 to 3 parts of a promoter, 1 to 0.3 part of a scorch retarder, and 0 to 0.3 part of a peptizer. According to a preparation method, environmental-friendly materials are taken as the main raw materials, so that environmental pollution is reduced, and influences on the health of operators and users in production and application processes are reduced. The environmental-friendly mining all-steel engineering radial cutting-resistant tire tread compound is capable of satisfying requirements of application of all-steel engineering tires at severe environment via reasonable formula design.
