The invention discloses a torque loading device for a rotary steering engine, relates to the field of constant torque loading equipment, and is mainly used for solving the problem that the torque output value of a traditional torque loading device is unstable. According to the main structure, constant force applying mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the axial forward rotation side and the axial reverse rotation side of a driving shaft, each constant force applying mechanism comprises a driven shaft which is parallel to the driving shaft and synchronously and axially rotates with the driving shaft, and the driven shafts are in gear transmission connection with the driving shaft; and the two driven shafts are both provided with constant-force clockwork spring assemblies capable of providing axial rotation pulling force for the driven shafts. The torque loading device for the rotary steering engine is reasonable in design, and efficient and high-precision loading of constant torque within any forward/reverse rotation stroke range of the rotary steering engine can be achieved through the constant-force clockwork spring assembly, gear transmission between the driven shaft and the driving shaft and the dynamic torque sensor.
本发明公开了一种旋转舵机用力矩加载装置,涉及恒定力矩加载设备领域,主要用于解决传统的力矩加载装置的力矩值输出值不稳定的问题。其主要结构为:主动轴的轴向正转侧和轴向反转侧对称设有恒力施加机构,恒力施加机构包括一与主动轴平行且与主动轴同步轴向转动的从动轴,从动轴与主动轴之间为齿轮传动连接,且两条从动轴上皆设有能为其提供轴向转动拉力的恒力发条弹簧组件。本发明提供了一种旋转舵机用力矩加载装置,该装置设计合理,能够通过恒力发条弹簧组件、从动轴与主动轴之间的齿轮传动以及动态扭矩传感器,实现旋转舵机正/反转任意行程范围内的恒定力矩的高效、高精度加载。
