The motor controller is electrically connected with the power battery, the accelerator signal sensor and the motor, receives the accelerator opening signal and the motor phase information, controls the power battery to output a corresponding power supply to the motor, and stores a load reduction coefficient database. The motor angle sensor obtains the rotating speed information of the motor and calculates the rear wheel speed of the rear wheel, and the motor controller receives the front wheel rotating speed information measured by the front wheel rotating speed sensor and calculates the front wheel speed of the front wheel. The motor controller can calculate the slip ratio of the front wheel speed and the rear wheel speed after receiving the information of the front wheel speed and the rear wheel speed, and the motor controller inquires the data of the load reduction coefficient database to limit the power output of the motor according to the corresponding relation of the slip ratio and the rear wheel speed, so that the torque of the rear wheel is reduced to recover the road holding force, and the tire slip condition is avoided.
