The invention relates to the technical field of underground operation equipment, and discloses a monorail hoist traction rope guide mechanism which comprises a main winding drum and steel wire ropes, the main winding drum is connected with an auxiliary winding drum through conveying belts, the direction of the auxiliary winding drum is the same as the extending direction of the steel wire ropes, and one side of each steel wire rope is provided with a corresponding conveying belt. According to the monorail hoist traction rope guide mechanism, the conveying belt and the steel wire rope are kept at the same linear speed, and when the steel wire rope and the conveying belt enter the gap between the guide sleeve and the main winding drum, the steel wire rope is pressed by the extrusion piece, so that large enough friction force is always kept between the steel wire rope and the main winding drum, and traction to the hoist is guaranteed; due to the fact that the steel wire rope is clamped by the guide sleeve, when the steel wire rope breaks, the steel wire rope on the other side is still kept connected, the probability of chain reaction caused by breakage of the steel wire rope is reduced, meanwhile, breakage of the steel wire rope is detected at the first time through the annular bag and the positioning plug, and a safety mechanism intervenes faster.

    本发明涉及井下作业设备技术领域,且公开了一种单轨吊车牵引绳导绳机构,包括主卷筒和钢丝绳,所述主卷筒通过输送带连接有副卷筒,所述副卷筒的所在方向与钢丝绳的延伸方向相同,每个所述钢丝绳的一侧均设置有对应的输送带。该单轨吊车牵引绳导绳机构,输送带与钢丝绳保持相同的线速度,在钢丝绳和输送带进入导向套与主卷筒之间的间隙时,挤压件压紧钢丝绳,使钢丝绳与主卷筒之间始终保持足够大的摩擦力,保证对吊车的牵引,其次,由于钢丝绳被导向套夹紧,当钢丝绳发生断裂时,另一侧的钢丝绳仍然保持着连接,降低钢丝绳崩断引起连锁反应的几率,同时,利用环囊和定位塞第一时间检测到钢丝绳断裂,使安全机制更快的介入。
