The invention discloses an electric aerial work platform walking system and a control method. The electric aerial work platform walking system comprises a controller and a driving motor assembly. The input end of the controller is connected with a tilt angle sensor, a weighing sensor and a speed control handle; the tilt angle sensor is used for measuring walking gradient data of the aerial work platform; the weighing sensor is used for measuring load data of the aerial work platform; the speed control handle is used for setting the target walking speed of the aerial work platform; the output end of the controller is connected with the driving motor assembly; the controller calculates an output torque according to the walking gradient data, the load data and the target speed and sends the output torque to the driving motor assembly; the driving motor assembly drives wheels of the electric aerial work platform to rotate according to the output torque; according to the method, the walking system is controlled in different modes in consideration of multiple walking working conditions, the required torque is calculated in combination with load and gradient information, and the control precision of the driving torque and the braking torque is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动高空作业平台行走系统及控制方法,包括控制器和驱动电机总成;所述控制器的输入端连接有倾角传感器、称重传感器、速度控制手柄;所述倾角传感器用于测量高空作业平台行走坡度数据;所述称重传感器用于测量高空作业平台的载荷数据;所述速度控制手柄用于设定高空作业平台行走的目标速度;所述控制器输出端连接所述驱动电机总成;所述控制器根据行走坡度数据、载荷数据和目标速度计算输出扭矩并发送至驱动电机总成;所述驱动电机总成根据输出扭矩驱动电动高空作业平台的车轮转动;本发明考虑多种行走工况对行走系统进行分模式控制,并结合载重和坡度信息计算需求扭矩,提高驱动扭矩和制动扭矩的控制精度。
