The invention discloses an electric control system of an aerial work platform. The electric control system comprises a signal input module, a control module and an action execution module, wherein the signal input module is used for detecting work posture information of all executing mechanisms of the aerial work platform; the control module is used for receiving the working posture information input by the signal input module and generating a corresponding control signal, and the control signal comprises a virtual fault code and an execution action signal; if the working posture information is a limited action working posture, the control module outputs the corresponding virtual fault code; if the working posture information is the non-limited action working posture, a controller outputs the execution action signal; the action execution module is connected with the control module and used for receiving the control signal, limiting action according to the virtual fault code or executing corresponding action according to the execution action signal. The electric control system can perform limiting action in time when the aerial work platform breaks down, so that damage is prevented, and meanwhile, fault reasons can be displayed in time.

    本发明公开了一种高空作业平台的电控系统,包括:信号输入模块:用于检测所述高空作业平台的各个执行机构的工作姿态信息;控制模块:用于接受所述信号输入模块输入的工作姿态信息,并产生相应的控制信号,所述控制信号包括虚拟故障码和执行动作信号;若所述工作姿态信息为限制动作工作姿态,所述控制模块输出对应的所述虚拟故障码;若所述工作姿态信息为非限制动作工作姿态,所述控制器输出所述执行动作信号;动作执行模块:与所述控制模块连接,用于接收所述控制信号,根据所述虚拟故障码限制动作,或根据所述执行动作信号执行对应动作;该电控系统可以在高空作业平台发生故障时及时进行限制动作,防止造成破坏,并能够及时显示故障原因。
