The at least one condition includes at least one of a first condition in which an absolute value of an angular velocity of a steering wheel is less than a first reference value and a second condition in which an absolute value of a vector sum of a vehicle acceleration of the vehicle is less than a second reference value, the vehicle includes a steering wheel and a plurality of wheels each provided with the tire.
