The invention relates to a pulsation reduction device provided in a hydraulic brake system of a vehicle. A pulsation reduction device is provided with: a first chamber (A) to which brake fluid pressure is input from a brake fluid pressure circuit (2); a second chamber (B) that outputs brake fluid pressure to the brake fluid pressure circuit (2); and a connection part (80a) that connects the first chamber (A) and the second chamber (B). The connection part (80a) is provided with: a first valve body (86) that moves to a non-connection position at which the first valve body (86) is seated on the first valve seat (85b) and does not connect the first chamber (A) and the second chamber (B), and to a connection position at which the first valve body (86) is seated away from the first valve seat (85b) and connects the first chamber (A) and the second chamber (B); and a biasing member that biases the first valve body (86) toward the first valve seat (85b). The force applying component comprises a second force applying component (89) and a third force applying component (90) different from the second force applying component (89); the second biasing member (89) has a hysteresis characteristic in which the restoring force (p) during the loading process and the restoring force (p) during the unloading process are different when the same displacement (s) during the loading process and the unloading process. The third urging member (90) has a characteristic in which the restoring force (p) during the unloading process when the third urging member (90) has the same displacement (s) as the second urging member (89) is greater than the restoring force during the unloading process when the third urging member (90) has the same displacement (s) as the second urging member (89).
