According to the method, for all nodes with in-degrees of 0, 1 and 2 in a third persistent graph G3, the shortest path from each point to any other point is obtained through calculation, the shortest path with a negative distance is selected, the path is inverted in an original graph, a new weighted directed graph is obtained, the operation is continuously carried out until no path meeting the condition exists, and a new weighted directed graph is obtained. The total weight of the first persistent graph is reduced, that is, the communication energy consumption of the three-dimensional persistent formation is reduced.
