The invention discloses a ship bridge collision safety risk assessment system comprising a basic data module used for storing basic information of a bridge, a navigation channel and a ship; the navigation clearance evaluation module is used for calling the basic information of the bridge, the navigation channel and the ship in the basic information module, calculating the clearance requirement required by navigation of the ship, calculating the actual clearance of the navigation channel in the bridge, and judging whether the actual clearance of the navigation channel meets the clearance requirement required by navigation of the ship or not; the failure probability evaluation module is used for calling the basic information of the bridge, the navigation channel and the ship in the basic information module, carrying out reachability analysis on the ship of which the actual clearance of the navigation channel meets the clearance requirement required by navigation, carrying out geometric collision probability calculation on the ship meeting the reachability, obtaining a failure probability in combination with the navigation data of the ship, and carrying out geometric collision probability calculation on the failure probability; and analyzing a risk level according to the failure probability. Detailed data support is provided for bridge safety protection, and bridge safety protection is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种船撞桥安全风险评估系统,包括基础资料模块,用于保存桥梁、航道、船舶的基础信息;通航净空评估模块,用于调用所述基础资料模块中的桥梁、航道和船舶的基础信息,并计算所述船舶通航所需净空要求,同时计算所述桥梁中的航道实际净空,判断所述航道实际净空是否满足所述船舶的通航所需净空要求;失效概率评估模块,用于调用所述基础资料模块中的桥梁、航道和船舶的基础信息,对航道实际净空满足通航所需净空要求的船舶进行可达性分析,对满足可达性的船舶进行几何碰撞概率计算,再结合所述船舶的航行数据得到失效概率,根据所述失效概率分析出风险等级。为桥梁安全保护提供详细的数据支持,有利于保护桥梁的安全。
