The invention relates to an automatic ship-bridge collision risk recognizing and pre-warning system. The automatic ship-bridge collision risk recognizing and pre-warning system is composed of a GPS receiver, a communication processor and two multi-channel VHF data transceivers. The system is further provided with a data collection module, a data processing module, a data model analysis module and a result display and warning module. The system can provide a great amount of dynamic ship information which cannot be provided by a radar, the computing time is shortened, and the storage capacity is saved. Target information transmitted by the system is independently transmitted through VHFs, and no false tracking or high lose rate exists. The ship position data of the system are from a GPS on a ship, the precision of the data can reach about 15 m, and target trend intent information such as steering rate and tracks can be provided continuously. The system does a great favor for making the receding decision, transmitting the collision prevention intent and the like. The system operates automatically instead of manual monitoring and is of great significance on ship collision prevention.
