    本发明涉及客车报废技术领域,具体为一种具有触碰吸附功能的大中型报废客车拆卸真空吸盘,包括:连接框、第一槽钢架、第二槽钢架和辅助吸盘,通过触碰传感器对主吸盘与车体之间进行检测后将数据传输给控制终端,使控制终端控制真空泵对主吸盘内进行抽空,完成主吸盘的触碰感应吸附功能,通过红外传感器对辅助吸盘位置进行检测,当辅助吸盘偏移时,通过控制终端将对应电机开启,使得辅助吸盘移动,并且吸附时可能会因为车辆表面的不规则形状,造成某一个辅助吸盘无法吸附,此时红外传感器会将信号传输给控制终端控制触碰传感器停止工作,此时继续调节辅助吸盘的位置,直至吸附完成,实现便于辅助吸盘吸附位置调节以及防止发生空吸的情况产生。
