The invention relates to the technical field of vacuum chucks, in particular to an unpowered vacuum chuck with an automatic centering function. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a cross beam, a plurality of connecting plates arranged at the bottom of the cross beam and a pair of suction cups arranged at the bottom ends of the connecting plates, a control box is installed in the middle of the upper end of the cross beam through two supporting plates, and the connecting plates on the two sides are slidably arranged on the lower surface of the cross beam; the upper ends of the connecting plates on the two sides are fixedly connected with connecting sliding columns which penetrate through the cross beam and are in sliding connection with the cross beam, two centering mechanisms are arranged below the cross beam, each centering mechanism comprises a rectangular cylinder which is connected to the cross beam in a penetrating and sliding mode, and the upper end of the cross beam is connected with two symmetrically-arranged limiting supporting blocks; the two return rods penetrate through the two limiting supporting blocks correspondingly and are connected with the two rectangular barrels correspondingly. The automatic centering suction cup is ingenious in structural design, has an automatic centering function during suction, can adjust the distance between the suction cups on the two sides and can suck articles of different sizes.

    本发明涉及真空吸盘技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有自动定心功能的无动力真空吸盘。提出如下技术方案:包括横梁以及设置于横梁底部的多个连接板与设在连接板底端的一对吸盘,横梁的上端中部通过两个支撑板安装有控制箱,两侧连接板滑动设置在横梁的下表面,两侧连接板的上端均固定连接有贯穿横梁且与横梁滑动连接的连接滑柱,所述横梁的下方设置有两个定心机构,所述定心机构包括贯穿滑动连接在横梁上的矩形筒,所述横梁的上端连接有两个对称设置的限位支撑块,两个所述回位杆分别贯穿两个限位支撑块且分别与两个矩形筒连接。本发明结构设计巧妙,在吸取的时候具有自动定心的功能,且还能调节两侧吸盘的间距,可吸取不同尺寸的物品。
